As an exhibitor, your organization will receive:

Check-in and set-up will take place on Tuesday, October 27th.

Exhibit booths will be open during the following hours:
Wednesday, October 28th: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday, October 29th: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Exhibitor move-out begins Thursday, October 29th at 5:30 PM and must be completed by 12:00 AM.

47G’s in-house team will handle all logistics with including all freight, electrical, audiovisual services, carpeting, and furniture rentals. A complete service kit, including deadlines and order forms, will be provided.

Any exhibiting company who has not paid on or before September 1st, 2026 will be dropped.
All exhibiting organizations agree to the information in the Rules & Regulations when they register for the Conference.

Yes. Exhibitors must carry $2,000,000 in liability insurance. Details on coverage and required endorsements are available in the Rules & Regulations packet to be provided once registered.
