Exhibitor FAQ

  • As an exhibitor, your organization will receive:

    • A listing on the Zero Gravity Summit website

    • A listing in the printed conference program

    • Access to the company exhibit list

    • 1:1 Networking

  • Check-in and set-up will take place on Monday, November 3rd from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

  • Exhibit booths will be open during the following hours:

    • Tuesday, November 4th: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

    • Wednesday, November 5th: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Exhibitor move-out begins Wednesday, November 5th at 5:30 PM and must be completed by 12:00 AM.

  • 47G’s in-house team will handle all logistics with including all freight, electrical, audiovisual services, carpeting, and furniture rentals. A complete service kit, including deadlines and order forms, will be provided.

  • Any exhibiting company who has not paid on or before August 8th, 2025 will be dropped.

    All exhibiting organizations agree to the information in the Rules & Regulations when they register for the Conference.

  • Yes. Exhibitors must carry $2,000,000 in liability insurance. Details on coverage and required endorsements are available in the Rules & Regulations packet to be provided once registered.
