As an exhibitor, your organization will receive:
A listing on the Zero Gravity Summit website
A listing in the printed conference program

Check-in and set-up will take place on Monday, November 3rd from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Exhibit booths will be open during the following hours:
Tuesday, November 4th: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday, November 5th: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Exhibitor move-out begins Wednesday, November 5th at 5:30 PM and must be completed by 12:00 AM.

47G’s in-house team will handle all logistics with including all freight, electrical, audiovisual services, carpeting, and furniture rentals. A complete service kit, including deadlines and order forms, will be provided.

Any exhibiting company who has not paid on or before August 8th, 2025 will be dropped.
All exhibiting organizations agree to the information in the Rules & Regulations when they register for the Conference.

Yes. Exhibitors must carry $2,000,000 in liability insurance. Details on coverage and required endorsements are available in the Rules & Regulations packet to be provided once registered.
